Before stepping into the spotlight, Annick worked in the corporate world as a licensed attorney for a tech company, an experience that gives her a sharp insight into the absurdities of professional life.  This background, combined with her experience navigating life between gender norms, allows her to act as a bridge between different worlds.  She is a multi-lingual talent, fluent in English, German, and French, and has even studied law and worked on a PhD, adding layers of intellectual depth to her sharp, witty comedy.  She decided to pursue comedy full-time during the pandemic, wanting to "infect more people with laughter" during a bleak time.  This fearless leap of faith has paid off, establishing her as one of the most unique voices on the circuit.

She has been featured at the prestigious San Francisco Sketchfest and Atlanta’s Laughing Skull Festival, two of America’s most respected comedy events.  Her skill and rising profile earned her a coveted opening slot for the global stand-up superstar Iliza Shlesinger.  In addition to her live work, Annick has recorded her comedy album "Between Two Worlds," which was taped at the first club to ever give her a headlining spot as a way of saying thank you.  She is also set to tape a special with Comedy Central, cementing her place as a globally recognised comedic force.
